We want you to love your MatianDesign purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it, with original tags attached.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we're happy to exchange your item within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us first to confirm availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged

How to Start a Return

Fill out our Contact Form with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
