Processing Times
All orders are processed within 10-14 business days.
During high‑volume seasons (holidays, sales, or new releases), processing may extend to 12-18 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship from the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Estimated delivery times:
• Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping (US): 2–4 business days
• International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.
Tracking Information
All orders include tracking when available.
Tracking will be emailed to you as soon as your package ships.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please check:
• Your mailbox or front door
• With neighbors or building management
• With your local post office
MatianDesign is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
• Destination
• Package weight
• Selected shipping method
Free shipping promotions may apply during special events.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
We cannot control or predict these charges.
Delays caused by customs are outside of our control.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit (no movement for 10+ days), contact us and we will assist with a claim.
We are not responsible for:
• Packages marked as delivered
• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Delays caused by the carrier
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot reroute packages once they have shipped.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Local delivery or pickup may be available in select areas.
